With Biden in office, Seattle finally decides to start arresting Antifa terrorists

The city of Seattle has suddenly adopted a new "law and order" approach to city governance following the installment of Joe Biden into the White House. Rather than continue to let the city be burned to the ground by violent Antifa terrorists, which was pretty much the norm during Donald Trump's entire first term, Seattle is all of a sudden planning to crack down on crime now that a new regime has taken hold. In what is clearly a politically motivated attempt to manufacture "empathy" and "decency," which leftists promised would return under Biden, Seattle officials are developing a new scheme that aims to clean up the city and make it nice again. Interim Police Chief Adrian Diaz announced that his department is coordinating with the city attorney to enact what The Post Millennial's Ian Miles Cheong describes as "a strict new policy to arrest and prosecute protesters who destroy property during street demonstrations." Set to take effect on Jan. 30, just 10 days after Biden's installment, Diaz's new policy is to prosecute anyone who is observed destroying property or otherwise committing a crime. In a speech, Diaz claimed that he has been wanting to crack down on violent militants for "months," but that nothing was done because only now, thanks to Biden, has it become clear that said militants have no real "cause" beyond destruction, chaos and anarchy. "They're focused on breaking windows, and these are things we need to work on," Diaz is quoted as saying.

Seattle only prosecutes crime when Democrats are in the White House

A spokesperson for the police department indicated that suspects in low-level crimes were neither arrested nor booked during nearly the entirety of 2020 because of "concerns" about the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19). Said virus is still supposedly with us, however, though Biden is now in office as opposed to Trump. As a result, Seattle has decided that things need to change in order to "heal" the city and create the type of "peace" and "harmony" that was nonexistent there throughout the Trump years. "We will be prosecuting these crimes from now on," Diaz promised. "When we don't have any form of accountability for people – and many of them are coming from outside the city – they will continue to do that activity, and we can't have that." Not only will Seattle start prosecuting crime now that Biden is "president," but it is also planning to expand its policing capacity. The inauguration of this newfound law and order policy will commence during this Saturday's planned "protest" in Occidental Square. The Washington State Patrol, in cooperation with federal agents, will help local law enforcement to keep things as civil as possible at this protest. They will also guard area federal buildings against invasion, as well as block "protesters" from storming area freeways and blocking traffic, which they are known to do on a regular basis. "We would like to protect buildings from being vandalized in the first place, and don't want to cause undue conflict," Diaz says. "It's safer for protesters and officers to not be drawing that line, so to speak." This sudden crackdown on crime in Seattle is further driven by the fact that vandals bashed in the windows of the local Democrat Party office following Biden's "inauguration." These vandals also took to the historic downtown Starbucks location to wreak havoc and destroy property. Harassing and assaulting conservatives is no problem, of course – but the moment leftists are targeted, that is where government officials draw the line.
